2. Personal Approach and Consultation
Your journey to a healthy lifestyle begins with personal consultation and plan, which takes into account your individual characteristics and requirements. This plan includes practical tips on nutrition, stress management, sleep, maintaining a positive attitude, and physical activity.
The exact structure of the plan depends on the information, goals, and your personal preferences you provide.
3. Monthly Check-Ins
Stay on track with regular support through monthly video calls (30-45 min). These sessions are designed to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide you with the motivation and guidance to keep moving forward.
4. Ongoing Email and Message Support
Life doesn’t follow a strict schedule, and sometimes you need advice or encouragement between our sessions. That’s why I offer continuous support through email and messaging, ensuring you always know what to do next.
With regular check-ins and unlimited messaging, you have access to support whenever you need it.
Why my coaching?
Having tried various approaches to nutrition, exercise, and personal development throughout my life, I can confidently say that there is no "one-size-fits-all rule" to shape your life by.
I believe that every person is unique with their own needs, knowledge, and priorities.

I think that one of the reasons why people “quit” or don´t even start self-development is because of the confusing and deceptive “self-improvement” industry. Everyone is promising new and better “magic pill” that´s going to change your life without any effort.
I´m not giving you any “magic pills” or empty promises, but I can tell you that I am 100% sure that you can change your life for good if you are willing to work for it!
